Visit our Home Page www.CentralCoin.com and click on the "Sign Up" link. Please use a valid email address, as the "Activation Code" required to complete setup of your account will be sent to the email address specified.

What is an Instant eCheck?
With an Instant eCheck funds are available immediately! CentralCoin withdraws the money from your bank account using the ACH (Automated Clearing House) network, only this way you don't have to wait 4 business days! Currently our eCheck service is only available to individuals who have a US bank account and address.
 
How do I make an Instant eCheck deposit?
New Members - You will be required to register your bank account and verify your identify during the sign up process, if you are successful then you can make an Instant eCheck deposit immediately. To continue using our Instant eCheck option you must validate your account within 10 business days. Click here for more information on validation.

Returning Members - Simply log into your CentralCoin account and click on Deposit Funds, then select the Instant eCheck option.

What is a 4-Day eCheck?
Using the ACH (Automated Clearing House) network, CentralCoin 4-Day eChecks are a payment method to move money directly from your bank account to a CentralCoin account and vice versa. Currently our eCheck service is only available to individuals who have a US bank account and address. 4-Day eChecks take 4 business days to clear and funds will not be available until then.
 
How do I make a 4-Day eCheck deposit?
New Members - You will be required to register your bank account and verify your identify during the sign up process. If you are successful then you can make a 4-Day (or Instant) eCheck deposit immediately. To continue using our 4-Day eCheck option you must validate your account within 10 business days. Returning Members - Simply login to your CentralCoin account and click on Deposit Funds tab, then select the Regular eCheck option.

 
What are the fees for a 4-Day eCheck?
There is no charge for making a 4-Day eCheck deposit.

It takes 4 business days for the ACH network to confirm that the funds have cleared your bank account. You may use the table below as a guide:

Why was my credit card declined?
There may be a number of reasons why a card is declined. Many banks (particularly US banks) do not allow credit card transactions for certain categories of merchants. If you have a problem, we suggest you try another card or if you are a US member our Instant eCheck service, which also allows you immediate access to your funds. If you do not understand the error message displayed on the screen, please contact Customer Support with the exact error message you received.
 
Wire Transfer
 
How do I make a wire transfer?
Log in to your CentralCoin account and click on the Deposit Funds tab. Select Wire Transfer as your deposit option. Click on the link to request wire transfer instructions to be sent to you via email, and then simply visit your local bank and provide them with CentralCoin's wire information.
 
Are there any fees for sending a wire?
CentralCoin does not charge a fee for receiving wire transfers; however your bank may charge you a small fee.
 
If I send a wire, how long does it take for the funds to appear in my account?
The normal time frame for a wire to arrive in our bank is 2-5 business days. As soon as we receive confirmation from the financial institution the funds will be deposited into your CentralCoin account.
 
What is the minimum and maximum amount I can deposit?
There are no minimum or maximum deposits for wire transfers
 
Why do I need to send you an email to inform you a wire is coming?
It is important that you contact us with the details of the wire so that we can track your wire and credit your account immediately upon receipt. Please email us the amount you sent, the date you sent the wire, the name of your bank and your CentralCoin user name and account number
 
 
I am a non-US citizen; can I still send a wire?
Yes. Our wire transfer deposit option is available to both US and international members.
 
Using CentralCoin at a merchant site
 
How do I use CentralCoin to pay online at a merchant's site?
The process of transferring funds to a merchant must be initiated at the merchant website. At the merchant site, select CentralCoin as your payment method. Then, use your CentralCoin account number exactly like you would your credit card number. Be sure to enter your account expiry date (sometimes referred to by merchants as PIN).
 
Is there a fee to transfer funds to or from a merchant?
No it's absolutely free!
 
What if I don't have my CentralCoin information with me?
Just like using a credit card, you must have your CentralCoin account number and account expiry date (sometimes referred to by merchants as PIN), to be able to use it at a merchant's website. This information can be viewed each time you login to your CentralCoin account.
 
How quickly can I use the funds to pay a merchant after I add money to my CentralCoin account by credit card?
Immediately! If you see the funds in your CentralCoin account, the funds are ready to be used
 
How do I receive credits to my CentralCoin account from a merchant?
This varies depending on the merchant, but similar to a payment, the transaction is initiated on the merchant's site. If you need assistance we recommend you contact the merchant in question.

How do I request a withdrawal by ECheck?
Simply login to your CentralCoin account and click on Withdraw Funds, then select eCheck from the drop down menu. Note: Your account must be validated before you can make a withdrawal; please refer to the Validation section for further information regarding validation.

Can I withdraw my funds immediately?
Funds must remain in your CentralCoin Account for at least 6 business days before you can make a withdrawal. This is our insurance that funds have fully cleared. Note: this rule usually only affects members who deposit funds and then request a withdrawal immediately. Withdrawals will only be processed once all pending ACH transactions have cleared.

How long does it take before I see the funds back in my account?
It usually takes 2-3 business days (slightly longer if there is a Bank Holiday) for the money to show up on your account statement. If you find a withdrawal has not made it back to your bank account by then, please contact Customer Support.

What is the CentralCoin CashCard?
CentralCoin Cash Card is a debit card designed to provide flexibility when making purchases at POS terminals with bricks-and-mortar merchants! Funds can be loaded to the card using a CentralCoin account. Users will have instant access to their money, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As a cardholder, you can deposit money onto your CashCard using your CentralCoin account, and then use it to get cash or to make purchases at various merchant locations.

 
How do I find out more about the CentralCoin Cash Card?
Log into your CentralCoin account and click on the CashCard logo.

How do I request a withdrawal to my Cash Card?
Simply log into your CentralCoin account and click on the Withdraw Funds, then select the Transfer Funds to CashCard link, you can then choose to move funds from your CentralCoin account to the CashCard (subject to funds being available).

On average it takes 4 weeks for a mailed check (regular post) and 1 week for a couriered check.
 
Can I withdraw my funds immediately?
Funds must remain in your CentralCoin Account for at least 6 business days before you can make a withdrawal. This is our insurance that funds have fully cleared. Note : this rule usually only affects members who deposit funds and then request a withdrawal immediately.
 
Do I have to complete any documentation?
Yes all members who request a paper check must complete a Settlement Form, which has to be returned to us (scanned or by fax) with identification. Unfortunately there are no exceptions!.

Validation
What is Validation?
Validation is the process whereby CentralCoin makes a small withdrawal (known as a micro debit) from your bank or Visa account in order to determine you are the owner of the account.
 
What happens if I don't validate my accounts?
It is important that you validate your credit card and/ or your bank account within 10 business days; otherwise your CentralCoin account will be suspended. To validate your account once it has been suspended you will need to contact Customer Support
 
Where do I enter the Validation amount?
Once you have established the exact amount of the debit (either by calling your bank or viewing your statement online), login to your CentralCoin account and click on the Account Management tab. Select the account you wish to validate and enter the amount in the field provided.
 
Why does CentralCoin Validate accounts?
Validation is a process that helps CentralCoin protect its members by reducing unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.

Certification
What is Certification?
Certification is an offline process whereby CentralCoin members submit identification documents to support their transactions; CentralCoin strongly encourages members to certify their accounts.
 
What are the benefits of Certification?
Benefits include higher limits and faster payouts.
 
Do I have to certify my account?
CentralCoin encourages all members to become Certified, however it is only obligatory for certain countries, for fraud protection purposes. If you require further information please contact Customer Support
 
How do I certify my account?
Simply log into your CentralCoin account and click on the Account Management tab. Select the account you wish to certify and download the PDF Form. Print the form, then fax or scan back to us along with the identification requested.
 
Are my documents safe?
Yes. Access to your documents is strictly limited and your documents remain confidential at all times.
